That thing looks so over-engineered, there’s no way it isn’t amazing lol

A local shop had their fall sale this weekend and I found this under a stack of technine boards. The price was great and I’ve never owned a Capita, so it was an easy decision.

After listening to J Stone explaining the tech Im with you. Wanted to make my buddy happy and I can still try it and decide if I want a second one.

Alchemist is a ripper, rode my buddy’s 59W and that thing is a missle (that also turns). Never rode it in powder but I’m sure it floats. Too much board for me but everyone here should take a lap on one.

Multiple times have gone on an alchemist hunt as an orbit replacement. My favorite graphic is the second year with the orange tip, but never found one. If it had that sample/tech graphic, I'd be all about it

I prefer the Pat Moore Alchemist graphics more than the others and maybe the army green one.

I got some new IO mag xls. I already have two frames and a bunch of lenses. When I looked through my extensive lens collection I realized I already own a set of the platinum lenses these came with and the storm blue don’t seem that different from the storm rose I have.

I slept on the Easy Rider sale section the whole time they had these since I don't really get to Edmonton much, so I didn't waste time when I found out Rude Boys had a 155 in stock. The camber is a bit mellower than I was expecting? The middle dip doesn't dip super far down or anything, it basically looks flat, but the camber towards the tip and tail isn't particularly high. There's likely Mervariance™ at play here. And the ol' hand flexometer definitely puts it into the medium category, as noted by others here it's not the burly flex that maybe the older ones had.

This is the only board with mag that I have any interest in trying.
