My Family Tree Alekesam serial starts with '9'. I did get it from a B rep in February.

I'm passing through Burlington in a couple of weeks so I booked a tour of the Craig's facility, should be fun.

Craig’s is cool, if there aren’t back to back tours you can usually chat up TK a bit and he’ll show you some cool shit

I rode it a lot, mostly on groomers... maybe 10 days on it? It quickly became my daily driver and will be for w25. I was previously on the Territory Manger but the Alekesam is quicker on edge.

What’s the verdict on the handflex on the michi?

Softer than I expected nose to tail (very scientific 5-6ish) and stiffer than I expected torsionally (6-7ish?). I hope this doesn’t hold true on snow, but this aligns with my a lot of my experience with Burton boards of late, I.e. way too soft nose to tail as compared to how stiff the board is torsionally . It makes for a very unbalanced feel that sucks to turn, in my opinion. The first year freethinker I had felt like this (felt like the flex patterns were from two different boards) and was one of the very few boards I truly hated.
