Well, it seems that Lib becomes the property of Nidecker, who bought 25% last year and this year another 25% and so on... Does anyone know anything more or more specific?

they haven't been privately owned for a long time.

Nidecker is better than an outside private equity firm, IMO, as long as they don't merge them with Bataleon down the line 😜

Is the Nidecker / Lib thing reported anywhere? I've heard rumors but nothing reported.

Further consolidation isn't great, but I'd prefer Nidecker be calling the shots over "Altamont Capital Partners."

Personally, I'm ready for a Lib Tech DynaMegalight with banana rocker and 3D sintruded base without full-wrap edges 😝

So Lib and Gnu will merge into Gnib, Nidecker and Jones get free Mangletruction, and surfshapy board will be Jones only.

Glad to hear you're liking the cardiffs @pow_hnd . FWIW I can attest that both the bonsai and trickshaw pictured above ride really great for their intended purposes, and are absolutely Look-Down-Factor pieces of art IRL.

Got on a few of the 24/25 new models at our local banked event this weekend after my run each day. They had demos set up for the 2 days. Hopped on the new K2 Almanac , Ride moderator and a couple other models currently in the lineup.
K2/Ride/Nitro/Mervin were there.

A friend who has had a snowboard shop for 25 years told me. Nidecker takes him to Mervin next year for a visit,

so I asked if EL knows anything else to confirm it…
