Osprey (kamber) has a nice shape for riding at least. Big ole fanny pack for anything else? Just pull out front on lift..

I have the Dakine heli vest (non airbag compatible) and I use it for days I'll be out longer, days I'm with a large crew (beers and snacks) or days where I think I might need avy gear inbounds/sidecountry. It's burly but I love it and I've rarely even notice it's there.

They don't make the damn thing anymore so I might pick up the AK vest as a backup. I may still be able to weasel a B discount from a buddy from my Alterra/Ikon job so now feels like a good time to pull the trigger.
