I don't know if you guys know that

the price is really over what I will spend on a pair of new googles but the tech and the idea is really good , you don't need to change lens ....actually I think you just can't change lens , maybe , to me , it's the only "negative" thing that comes to my mind.
I've been rolling Manga-Tech since day one. You won't lose a lens. The magnets are hella strong.

It’s very rare, but I’ve witnessed it on models without a lock/latch. Nothing to worry about at all though, it takes a pretty good slam in the right way, I’d be more worried about that itself

The Squad Mag has a lock on each side of the lens toward the bottom. The Sync has a latch on one side as a failsafe. I think Dragon is doing a similar type of lever, too. Not worried about it at all.

I have so wide head, or at least my eyes are wide apart, that I need really wide goggles. Lot of bigger goggles are not wide enough. For example Smith Squad XL, which would've otherwise been a good option. Now I have Anon Syncs, which are almost as wide as M4, but way more reasonable price. I like the easy lens change, but Syncs are easy enough for me.

I have way more peripheral out of my Squad XLs than my Syncs. IMO, the widest option out there with the best peripherial vision is the Dragon PXV/PXV2 with the Panotech lenses. Nothing realy comes close, the frame wraps way further back toward your ears than any other goggle.

The squad XL isn’t really that big of a goggle or footprint, it’s like an extra medium, but the frame not sticking out so far helps, just like airgoggles. IMO that’s where a lot of large frames are counterproductive - they stick out so damn far and lose some of their potential view.

was a diehard AB goggle guy, got some M3s.. never looked back. M4s are even better. I don't use the facemasks very often, but I have a mine77 hooded baselayer with MFI - it's awesome for the frigid days. swapping lenses quickly without taking a mitten off is awesome. i had a pair of line miners that i liked a lot for super sunny days, but the m4 lenses are just as good if not better.

With the Squad XL the frame was touching the corner of my eye lid, so it doesn't feel good. I haven't been able to try the Dragons, so no comment on those. So far pretty happy with Anons. First I had the M3:s, but they were still narrower than I wanted. I was looking for M4:s, but got the Syncs for 100 € and couldn't justify the price for M4. Maybe some day.

Line Miners were also good, but I was already used to the lens change with the M3:s and I would have needed two pairs of the Oakleys, so the would be similar to M4:s.

I just realized my biggest requirement for Goggles is if there's a clear lens option for it… prob the most used lens for me
