Ultra has no forward lean adjustment either. The high back is pretty soft so it might not make a difference

It was great. I was surprised how uncrowded it was there. I spent a day at Snowking too (indy pass) after they got 8" and no lines at all. I was pretty cooked by the 2nd day. I never had to wait in line, was just doing constant laps on the Sublette chair

yeah that vest is great. That would have been my first recommendation too, but it was never in stock/available this season. I regret not buying it the one time I saw it in store last winter

scrub I have the DaKine vest, the 12L backpack is less restrictive.

There were two other backpacks I've tried on; the Mammut Nirvana 18 and the Patagonia Snowdrifter 20, they are both great and have some nice features, but they don't support vertical snowboard carry. AFAIK, the Dakine 12L is the ...

I borrowed a Dakine Heli 12. It rides really comfortable. Having said that, it's pretty barebones. My Anon m3s (and I assume most mid-large frame goggles) won't fit in the goggle compartment is probably the only minus on it.

looks nice. I am curious how those feel with their quiver disc. I must be in that tiny subset of riders that likes to travel with one pair of bindings.
