Follow up, since there were no more in stock evo offered to refund it and give 20% off something else or let me keep it and refund me 40% what I paid. Since the core feels fine I'm gonna slap a little epoxy on there and rip a Horizon for ~65% off retail :) Still waiting to hear from UPS, not real op...

New Horizon came in, bad news is it got a little banged up in shipping. Quarter sized divot between the bindings where the fiberglass is now compressible with my finger. No funky sounds when flexing the board so I think the core is fine, but do I need to be worried about the core getting exposed to ...

Anyone ride Public snowboards around here? Never been on one and never saw the need to til I learned they released a freeride board this year called the Public Research. Was planning to add a K2 Passport to the quiver for all mtn freeride, but would be down to support a rider-owned brand

thanks. always liked what US had going on but never been able to get on one, may just have to pull the trigger. You think my size 11 boots gonna be an issue on the newer 159 or worth trying to find an older 159MW ?

Can anyone comment on how the Horizon compares to a Nitro Dropout? Looking for a mid flexing, twinish all-mountain board with a fun shape, stuck between these two.
