Re: HARDGOODS 25/26
Going to ride some of the 25/26 boards this weekend and will get some ride time on the new Kazu to see how the 'new' camber profile compares to the old version with the camber through the tail. I'm already planning on buying next year's Kazu to replace the Aeronaut as the DD, but we'll see how ...

Re: The boot thread
One of the things that I'm worried about, though, is that the bindings seem to be rubbing exactly against a part of the lacing system that holds some of the BOA cords into the shell. This is happening on both boots, on both sides of the boots. I didn't notice this until I got back home and was ...

Re: HARDGOODS 25/26
Yes is no longer the company they started out as. They were a bunch of guys going huge in the backcountry ripping pow and filming with Absinthe.
Since the Lobster/NOW merger if feel they have for sure moved more towards park/freestyle. which isn't a bad thing or a critique of them, just a ...

YES Snowboards catalog for 25/26:
Not sure how I feel about naming a board the "Cream Xtrm". The Greats graphics look awesome, though.
At this point, I think YES is just trolling with their naming conventions. At least they got rid of the alphabet soup that was the YES PYL DCP Uninc name ...

Re: The boot thread
Gonna ride on the Insanos all week, and might come back with more impressions on them, once I've had a chance to try them a little more.
Wish me luck breaking them in. These things are stiff.
Update on the Ride Insanos, after a full week of mostly freeriding at Mt. Baker.
Overall impression ...

Re: Mammoth Mountain
Also, any shops in town that do rentals? My gf needs to rent boots, board, and bindings.
Wave Rave is the only one I know of, but I asked and their rentals are first come, first served, and start at $55/day, which seems expensive and I prefer to reserve, if possible.

Mammoth Mountain
Planning a trip with my girlfriend for some spring riding at Mammoth over Easter week (April 12-17).
Would be my first time at that mountain, and my girlfriend's second riding trip ever.
Any fun spots to look for at the mountain?
I've seen that the spring park there is a big thing, but I'm not a ...

Re: The boot thread
By the time my Photons got to 65 days of use, the were too soft and leaky to ride with. Really liked riding with them, but durability wasn't their strong suit, that's for sure.
