Salomon Lo-Fi. My Jones Mercury heel straps are causing a pressure point on the top of my arch no matter how loose I run the straps in both surf and freeride modes. May have to do the Burton Hammock Strap swap.

Kaiju fits my feet so well. Wider toe box with a narrow heel. They broke in to be pretty damn soft but still had a sense of support the way it wrapped your foot and leg. If they still made them I’m sure I’d be riding them.

Pretty slow start overall, worse in Honshu. The classic winter pattern is struggling to kick in due to el nino. There was a big dump the last few days which has helped.

I'm curious about the Echo and I'm disappointed to hear that they are on the stiff side. I'm on Salomon Lo-Fi right now which have been discontinued so I'm looking for a replacement.

The straps on my 2011 TT30 are amongst the best I've ridden. Too bad all the fabric tore.

Bought some Burton straps last year but actually prefer the jones straps (especially the toe strap). The Burton’s didn’t feel any better and seemed a bit heavier/bulkier. Also not a huge fan of DT ratchets
