Have outsiders 56 and thinking about getting a 56 doa to replace it, has anybody tried both of them? Is the doa much softer than outsiders

First version of the union boot is very stiff. I mean 10/10 and quite heavy as well.

I have last years snowdrifter and they are more softshellish than a regular shell. Also quite breathable and you definately have to layer up on colder temps.I’d say they are good basic bibs and have breathable upper which to me is a must if you’re going touring. Durability might be an issue altough ...

Deeluxe’s speed lacing is simply bad. My experience is that the system doesn’t hold the laces tight enough so they come loose little by little. This happened every time i wore the boots. I’ve heard similar stories from others as well. This can easily be tested by locking the lace and trying to pull ...
