I have a CK Nug that is pretty close to what you're describing, besides the taper. I'm not sure taper is ideal, as conditions are mostly scraped when I encounter moguls, early season on wrod, and switch riding could be handy. Some of the techoraks have weird fashion fits. I used to love the old roomy cotton anoraks with furry hoods on winter ski trips in -20c and blizzards, that and a wool sweater under. Dont see that setup working too well going down the slopes, for vision, windchill, or snow piling up.

Descender 158 seemed like enough board for me, and a little taller/heavier, but same thing with the legs.
